In Japanese offices, there is usually only one break time which lunch break. Factories may have multiple break times depending on the kind of work you do.
Lunch break
+ Usually lunch break will be between 11:45 to 12:30
+ Please note ONLY 45 minutes (MAX)
+ Sometimes it will be any 45 min between 11:45 to 13:00 depending on the org
+ Do not take more time for lunch and come back to office late
+ Again please be Punctual to come back to office on time
Other break in a day
+ Usually there is no coffee break or other breaks
+ If you want to have coffee, go out buy and come back to your seat and drink
+ Avoid spending time outside of your seat during working hours
+ Usual complain is that we spend time in a coffee shop or standing near a vending machine and drinking or simply roaming around the building during working hours
