Do not talk

You have already seen, not to talk in trains/buses. Similarly, You will have to maintain silence in common areas of your office building. The reason is again, privacy and not bothering other people. We also must protect information of our project and avoid gossiping. Hence...DO NOT TALK in common areas

Do not talk in the elevator (over phone or with your colleague)
+ If you have to talk, speak with as little volume as possible

Do not talk in the corridors/hallways (over phone or with your colleague)
